The Oregon Legislature has recently passed House bill 3004 that amends ORS 86.755, 86,770 and 88.070. Section 1 (6) paragraph (a). The amendment requires the trustee "to post a true copy or a link to a true copy of the amended notice of sale on the trustee's Internet Website. Pursuant to this new amendment Northwest Trustee Services, Inc. is making available the amended notice of sale for those properties to which the law applies through our public foreclosure website www.usa-foreclosure.com.
